Definitions
In these Terms of Service, 'MedStore Online', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to the online information service operated by Kestra Walker. 'Site' means medstore-online.su and any related pages or services we provide. MedStore Online is an educational health information resource. We do not operate a pharmacy, we do not dispense or sell medicines, and we do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. The Site offers clinician-reviewed, evidence-based content for informational purposes only.

Accounts and Security
Certain features may require account creation. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Acceptable Use

The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland; if you are a consumer resident in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
No Waiver: No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Assignment: You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, provided this does not adversely affect your rights as a consumer.
Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Third Party Rights: A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms.
Language: These Terms are drafted in English. To the extent permitted by law, the English version shall prevail.
